Due to the bespoke nature of our designs, many of which are one-of-a-kind, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

Each piece is meticulously crafted and uniquely tailored, making returns unavailable for these exclusive items.

However, we are pleased to offer resizing services, as well as comprehensive aftercare, for all purchases made either in-store or online.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we ensure that each piece fits perfectly and is well-maintained for years to come.

 

Warranty


We offer a 2-year warranty on all of our products. This warranty covers craftsmanship and any potential material defects under normal use. Please note that it does not extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, or excessive signs of wear and tear by the customer.
